Bump axios and @cosmjs/stargate in /other/cosmos-example

Removes [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@cosmjs/stargate](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmjs). These dependencies need to be updated together.
