Change document title

Now that it is clear that the document only specifies a data model for verifiable lists, and does not contain any protocol elements, then it is preferable to change the title of the document to one that is more accurate.

I suggest the following new title for discussion

Data Model for Verifiable Lists of Verifiable Credential Entities

Another proposal: "Verifiable Accreditation Lists". Subtitle: "A data model for accrediting Verifiable Credential Entities"... needs more work.
