More Jump types

I noticed that MNX only supports D.S. al segno and Dal Segno jumps, it would be very easy to expand this to support D.C. and codas, so I'd like to propose the following changes to make this happen:

In the Global Measure object add an optional "coda" field with type coda which is exactly the same as the fine object:

Add the following jump types:

• "dsalcoda" = D.S. al Coda
• "dcalcoda" = D.C. al Coda
• "dcalsegno" = D.C. al Segno
• "dcalfine" = D.C. al Fine
• "capo" = D.C.
• "coda" = To Coda

The last type would be used in conjunction with dsalcoda or dcalcoda and the new coda attribute on a global measure.

I think this small change covers all use cases of jumps, segnos, codas, and fines but let me know if I missed something.
