• Training section of PWE Roadmap
• Review and discuss additional action items on CEPC training plan

Audiences for training

• Who are our potential audiences?
• What is the size of these potential audiences?
• What level of training do they need?
• How comprehensively do we reach each cohort? (e.g., Ombuds 100%, Chairs and Facilitators 90%, General W3C Participants 50%, etc, or something different?

Training approaches

• Do we want a training that focuses on how CEPC helps W3C achieve certain organizational goals?
• Should part of that training be walking through the detail in the training plan?
• Would DIY, or professional training, be best?
• Example of a self-paced scalable DIY one-hour (55 min) training: Intro and Goals (5 min); CEPC Walkthrough (20 min); Scenarios with interactive questions (20 min); Additional resources (5 min); Recap questions (5 min).
• This could be done the first few times as live interactive sessions to test and refine the materials.
• Could include diverse presenters from different parts of the W3C community.

Training resources

• How much can we customize outsourced training?
• Can we pull off a DIY training program on this?
• What different training approaches/styles exist and might be suitable?
• Link out to resources such as EverFi and others
