Status:
- Content of the Roadmap is still in development.
- Dates are preliminary, and will need to be balanced across different sections of roadmap and available PWE CG resources.
- Some tasks have been assigned to individuals; some to groups as appropriate; some still need volunteers.
- A system that ensures functional implementation of CEPC in existing and future W3C
