Goals:

• System that functionally implementation of CEPC in existing and future W3C

Ombuds Program

• confirm current MIT (possibly other hosts) Ombuds - ensure that role is limited but not eliminated
• define interim W3C Ombuds role
• reconsider W3C Ombuds contacts
• identify W3C Legal Entity (LE) Ombuds needs
• plan W3C LE Ombuds resourcing
• plan W3C LE Ombuds selection

Investigation program

• Some scenarios require investigation or anonymous investigation. This can be months- or years-long process, involving legal expertise as well as @@@. W3C staff has not been trained to do this, and it is a full-time job. This is likely to come up approximately 2/year.
• Step 1: Information gathering about other organizations' investigation processes
