VO Bot Feedback: Quick nav not disabled for "Color Viewer Slider, Test 4, V24.12.04)

Description of Behavior

For the right arrow and up arrow commands, the output recorded by the bot indicates that
quick nav was enabled when the bot executed the command, but the test requires that quick nav be disabled for those commands.

I observed this when working on results for the automated report update.

Test Setup

• Test File: test-11-incrementSliderByOneStep-voiceover_macos.collected.html
• AT: VoiceOver for macOS (Version 15.6.1)
• Browser: Safari (Version 18)
