"Modal Dialog Example" APG page appears to be missing content

If I navigate to the APG "Modal Dialog Example" Page the navigation references, the right side nav contains the following entries:

• About This Example
• Example
• Add Delivery Address
• Verification Result
• Address Added
• End of the Road!
• Accessibility Features
• Keyboard Support
• Role, Property, State, and Tabindex Attributes
• Assistive Technology Support
• JavaScript and CSS Source Code
• HTML Source Code

However, every entry between About This Example and Accessibility Features doesn't actually exist. Furthermore, the Accessibility Features section references the missing sections, but they are simply not present on the page.
