Rationale

in origin trial in chromium according to https://chromestatus.com/feature/5141940204208128 ; the spec is made of monkey patches to HTML and Fetch; while it doesn't look it would create duplicate definitions, it doesn't use data-lt correctly, leading to wrongly labelled definitions.
