[scroll-animations-1] Should SVG transforms be taken into account for view timelines?

Transformation of non-SVG boxes seem to be ignored by view timeline computation, which makes sense to me given we use the principal box of the subject.

... But /scroll-animations/view-timelines/svg-graphics-element-003.html (wpt.fyi) seems to expect the SVG transform to be taken into account.

This seems inconsistent?
