HTML tables in node-expr

1. The generated SPARQL function table does not have a class. Other tables have `class="term-table"`. This removes gaps in the heading line and puts in boarders for all cells. Currently, the description text and the return type are not clearly separated.
2. Several `<thead>`do not have `<tr>`. Browsers cope but it is required.
