EditContext spec doesn't specify event types / names

https://w3c.github.io/edit-context/#editcontext-events lists when a browser must fire each type of event but doesn't specify the event type. I'm assuming that they're textupdate, textformatupdate, and characterboundsupdate but this needs to be explicitly stated.
