iReal Pro => MusicXML => MIDI accompaniment demo

Hi all,

I'm happy to accounce a major overhaul of my iReal Pro => MusicXML converter, now including an additional step for MusicXML => MIDI accompaniment and online playback! The basic idea is to convert the MusicXML to a Musical MIDI Accompaniment (MMA) script, which gets converted to MIDI. The MIDI is played back on the page via an internal synth or connected to an external MIDI synth such as FluidSynth. The playback is synchronized with the score.
