Typo in type description

In the description of the type attribute for the harmony element there is a typo:

Explicit harmonies have all note present in the music;

should read "notes".

@mscuthbert Could the merge of #596 please be undone and Klaus's PR #595 used instead? The reason that sentence is missing in those places is because the contents moved into the description of the harmony-type values further down the page. Now they appear redundantly, making things less clear.
See the difference between 4.0 and 4.1.

The original typo catch in the schema file is also missing one of the two places fixed in Klaus's PR. That PR also has some additional files changed.

For the future, it would be good if we were allowed time to review pull requests instead of having them immediately merged.
