Erratum: indicate that N-Triples is a syntactic subset of N-Quads

This erratum was raised by David Booth,
it is in our errata list, and does not seem to have been addressed in N-Triples.

Since we did explicitly indicate in N-Quads that it is an extension of N-Triples, my preference would be to not touch N-Triples and close this erratum as "wontfix". But in any case, I think we need a WG decision.

I agree with no action.

N-triples is a subset but the role it plays is different.

If it is in the role of application/n-quads, it has a specific meaning (default graph).

If it's a file or GSP (application/n-triples), it is graph data.
