Check respec documents directly

ok; I was going to +1 on this issue, but given its age, I guess this is not a trivial thing to do...

or maybe in the meantime, other tools have been developed/improved that would make this easier?

We could rely on spec-generator for this, but some cases (docs with external assets) can be tricky to check. Respec will fail if there's a JS error for instance.
The current option is to generate your doc with spec-generator and copy that link into pubrules...
