Semantic Sensor and Network Ontology (SSN) v2

Issue created following discussions during the F2F of the Spatial Data on the Web IG on 5-6 June 2018

The Spatial Data on the Web Working Group published the Semantic Sensor and Network Ontology in October 2017.

Feedback received since then prompted the Spatial Data on the Web Interest Group to draft extensions to SSN, which the IG can publish as an IG Note. Question to answer is whether the extensions should rather be published as an updated version of SSN, which would require the chartering of a Working Group.
