Add section how to cope with private data

Handling of private data is not part of the current draft of the Intelligent Personal Assistant architecture document but is an important aspect which also affects the overall user experience and trust of the user into such a system.

Private data is potentially sent to

• External IPA Providers
• External Services
• Data Providers

A new section 3.3.6 should be added to account for that.
