resources that use it:

Several have additions to the main component — including below — that would be good to get into the main component.

• reconsider DOM order of h1 per H1 not visually prominent on mobile view wcag#2883
• logo:
  • remove link to w3.org
  • decrease space between the logos; make it visually and programmatically one logo linked to w3.org/WAI/
  • right-align logo
• improve responsive design
  • better use of width available so the minimal-header-subtitle doesn't wrap unless needed
  • considerations for mobile, large text, etc.; e.g., maybe collapse sooner? (note main WAI website, ARIA APG, and WCAG docs all do different things)
• make first text (minimal-header-name) link to index page
• update semantics to match what APG did
• check if anything in the WCAG docs redesign issues should be done to all the resources using this template
