• leave it intact for now. don't redirect until there is another page with all news ([News] ability to search all easily - maybe all on one page #96)
• add big clear banner at top with link to new page for News since 2018
• also add h2 "Archive 2018 and beyond" with the same info because people might miss the banner. :-)
