Link to French facilities info in translation?

We currently point to an Accessibility Checklist for Existing Facilities, which is in English.

There is a resource on facility accessibility in French:

First questions for considering if we want to add a link to that in the French translation:

• Is it available in an accessible, not-PDF format / version?
• Does it fit the use case of this resource (how to make presentations, meetings, etc accessible)? — i.e., is it to check if a potential facility is accessible, rather than a guide for building a new facility or retrofitting an existing facility.
