Consider images for the personas. Maybe simple headshots, or a little more interesting.

Consider images from the business case. For example, maybe:

• the shopping cart with the section "Why Accessibility Matters"
• 'Inclusive, Diverse, Responsible' near the end

Probably have images float right so they don't interrupt the visual flow of the text. For example, see images throughout this media guide page
