Fly-out menu example needs more than one drop-down menu

The Fly-out menu example only has the one drop-down menu (Space Bears).
It really ought to have a least one more drop-down menu (suggest adding one to Mars Cars).

As-is, the example feels incomplete.

Also, the "one second delay" on closing the menu is not being fully tested unless there's another drop-down.
