Hi,
The Accessibility Guidelines group uses the surveys to gather information/thoughts/opinions prior to a meeting at which we make decisions.
In order to prevent people from adding/updating their submissions during the meeting (which causes a lot of confusion) we close the surveys 30 min prior to the start of the meeting.
However, we've had complaints because the time the survey says it will close is different, i.e. midnight on the day of the meeting.
Can we please set a time of day to close the survey?
That would prevent confusion, and be one less thing the chair has to do before a meeting.
