Some of the test examples lack a page title and lang

While testing the ACT rules within our tool, it became apparent that numerous tests lacked a page title and lang.
Consequently, I'm submitting a pull request to ensure that each page (test) for the approved ones (not proposal) includes a page title and lang attribute.
