Recommend changing the current definition of extended audio description, which is:

Note: This technique is only used when the sense of the video would be lost without the additional audio description and the pauses between dialogue/narration are too short.
This definition does not contemplate the impact of intentional text on audio description needs, and it should acknowledge that it will be far more common when a video contains intentional text. Here is a proposed change:
