"script.evaluate" and "script.callFunction" don't return with "exception" on navigation

As discussed in the last monthly WebDriver W3C meeting both the script.evaluate and script.callFunction commands should return with an exception type in case some page navigation happens during execution.

This will most likely (only) affect asynchronous script execution.
