Proposal: add chrome.tabs.captureTab() API to Chromium #863
Description
The chrome.tabs.captureTab() API allows users to capture the entire area of the currently active tab in the specified window.
This functionality is currently supported only by Firefox and we would like to bring it to Chromium/Chrome as there is a feature request by the community. See https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40402691
