Lorawan Binding #454
Description
In today's call, there was a discussion to start working on a Lorawan binding. After having a draft, we can show it to the Lora Association.

- Codecs: This will be main work probably. TDs can be of great help as it can help getting to a more standardized format for representing "temperature" etc. This can have some limitations with codecs that depend on user configuration. To be analysed when we get there.
