Preflight checks failed when uploading modlist

Followed these instructions but I am a bit stuck. I have already created a ReadMe, do I need to do all these steps or are these outdated?

I feel like I am doing this wrong, I am not entirely sure what's supposed to go in the "Machine URL" section in Wabbajack
