How to 'reorder' columns?

As noted in the documentation,

An entire column may be block selected (Select column), which enables complex operations like quickly reordering, merging, adding & deleting multiple columns.

But I cannot find any information on how to complete any of these operations within sublime once the text is selected for a specific column. How can these operations be achieved?

You can do it like this:

• Select your column data plus the delimiter: Ctrl+Comma, S and then Shift+Right to also catch the delimiter
• Cut: Ctrl+X
• Create a multi-line cursor where you want: You can use Ctrl+Comma, S then Left or Right and you'll have a cursor as long a your column number. There are other ways to get a multi-line cursor (like Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down) but this is the quickest way.
• Paste: Ctrl+V
