Translating arbitrary fields

I was curious whether it is possible to enable translation for arbitrary fields like a ChoiceBlock or a BooleanBlock.

I have a use case where a translator might need to change an option (for example, whether a text is highlighted), as this is language dependent. However, I wasn't able to find any reference to this in either the source code or the documentation.
