chore: investigate transient Safari disconnect failures

This is a bug report

Problem

After adding #1598 it happens that sometimes browser testing fails due to Safari browser disconnecting. It happens only for @waku/message-encryption package.

Proposed Solutions

Investigate and mitigate.
