Regression from v0.23.7 (network waterfalls)

Using 01_template in PRD, open /about first and do soft navigation to /.

With v0.23.7:

It's brought up long time ago in https://discord.com/channels/804011606160703521/1364491343920894053 (private discord channel) and basically there's no React/RSC feature to prefetch only assets other than prefetching entire RSC payload.

I know there're no features exported from react. I wonder if it can be a framework feature. Unless you mean it's technically impossible, would you be able to consider it in vite-rsc? Otherwise, can vite-rsc expose some APIs so that Waku can implement it? It might not work the best (can have false positives), but I think it would be a nice-to-have feature.

Is this only ssg page? There is also a strategy to cover dynamic case by looking at code split module graph, which is more traditional way to implement preload on ssr app.

Waku v0.23.7 works also with SSR (non-SSG).

This might also work without SSR (=rendering React components in HTML), but the use case is rare and not the focus now.

You might be aware but for dynamic page navigation, v0.23.7 approach isn't perfect since it relies on build time render to collect assets. Here is an example https://github.com/hi-ogawa/reproductions/tree/main/waku-1656-client-prefetch.

Yeah, I know it's limited and covers only some use cases. (Originally, I tried it with dev server too, because the behavior should be consistent, but gave it up.)

I will add client reference collection mechanism as experimental feature vitejs/vite-plugin-react#1065 I think this will allow Waku to achieve something Waku was doing pre @vitejs/plugin-rsc integration.

vitejs/vite-plugin-react#1065 added client reference collection mechanism on SSR (html rendering), but I think this wasn't what Waku was doing before. I'll add a similar mechanism on client manifest of RSC rendering side in vitejs/vite-plugin-react#1079. Please check PR description for details.

(I'm not sure I'll have time to tackle this issue though. If anyone interested, please go ahead.)
