Polish READMEs with ASCII diagrams, detailed structure, and acknowledgments

Add text-based flowcharts for harness pattern, five subsystems,
with/without comparison, learning path, project evolution, and session
lifecycle. Add learn-claude-code acknowledgment to both EN and CN versions.
