Missing Subnets in asn_block1.1.txt

Thanks for putting together this list and toolset!

I've discovered that the list is missing the subnet 144.172.99.0/24, which is part of AS14956 (RouterHosting LLC). There is a definition for 144.172.98.0/24 in the text file as well as in the ASN subnet list from asn.ipinfo.app. According to ARIN, this is a newly allocated range to the hosting company, and I'm seeing some attacks originate from this range. The hosting provider has been contacted already regarding the abusive traffic, but thought I'd let you know the list needs to be regenerated!

Another update: You may also want to add AS202412 and AS51396 to your list! This is a Bulletproof host which is not listed in your ASNs.txt doc.
