Additional Use Grant:
You may use, copy, modify, and self-host the Licensed Work for non-commercial purposes, including development and internal use, provided that you do not offer the Licensed Work as part of a paid product or service to third parties.

Offering the Licensed Work in any commercial context — including as a SaaS product, bundled in a commercial offering, or as part of consulting services — is not permitted without a separate commercial license.

Change Date: The later of (a) four years from the date the Licensed Work is first made available publicly, or (b) the date specified by the Licensor.

Change License: The license designated by the Licensor to become effective on the Change Date, which must be an Open Source Initiative-approved license.

Terms:

  1. Grant of Rights: Licensor hereby grants you the right to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, and otherwise exploit the Licensed Work, subject to the limitations and conditions set forth below.

  2. Limitations: a. You may not use the Licensed Work for a Commercial Purpose, except as described in Section 3 below.

  4. Change Date and License: On the Change Date, the Licensed Work will be automatically relicensed under the Change License, and you may use, copy, modify, and distribute it under the terms of that license.

  5. Notices and Conditions: a. Any copy of the Licensed Work you distribute must include this License.

    b. You must preserve all legal notices and author attributions in the Licensed Work and any derivative works.

    c. You may create derivative works of the Licensed Work and distribute them only under this License or a commercial license granted by the Licensor.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Licensed Work is provided “as-is” without any warranty, express or implied. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  7. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Work, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
