Hybrid projection list in documentation

I think some of these are incorrect and the list needs thorough checking, e.g. should sp3-1 be (s + px + py + pz)?, and there is no pz obrbital in any of the sp3d entries.

The sp3-1 error was due to the conversion from tex to md (it was correct in the 3.1 pdf). The sp3d entries are correct - the two axial orbitals depend on pz.
