seedname_u_dis.mat wrong in restart = plot mode

The write function of the seedname_u_dis.mat depends on dis_manifold%nfirstwin, which is currently not stored in the seedname.chk file.
In my case the program crashes, when requesting the U matrices in restart = plot mode.

I believe this is fixed under #649 (I did some tests and found no problem with writing the matrices in such a restart case now). Please do reopen immediately if your problem is not fixed!
