docs: add ARIS-Homepage as upcoming feature (秋招 personal-site generator)

Surface the next planned feature on the AI-Offer side: ARIS-Homepage —
auto-generated personal portfolio / academic homepage for 秋招 candidates,
powered by the same /render-html workflow that already produces the cheat
sheets. Input: CV + project list + paper bib. Output: single-file HTML
with MathJax + responsive layout + cross-model fact-checking on venues /
dates / model names before publish.

Marked TODO with an issue invite — implementation lives in this repo
(not a separate ARIS-* sibling), since the audience and tooling overlap
heavily with the existing cheat-sheet workflow.
