docs(readme): put GitHub repo name outside parens for discoverability

Both READMEs: H1 changed from "ARIS in 秋招 (AI Offer Tutorials)" to
"ARIS-in-AI-Offer (ARIS in 秋招)" so the actual repo slug — which is what
people search for and what GitHub indexes — appears as the main title.
