docs(tutorials): regenerate all 46 HTMLs with P0 polish (b79c57d)

Pick up new academic-template features (print degradation fix, TOC
scrollspy, lightbox dialog, long-code auto-collapse, paper popover
shell, blog-mode infrastructure) for all 23 bilingual tutorial pairs.

Source MD unchanged — only the rendered HTMLs pick up the new shell
CSS / JS / template scaffolding (window.PAPER_REGISTRY={}, empty body
class, lightbox + popover divs ready for opt-in syntax).

Quality gates:
- Codex GPT-5.5 xhigh 5-sample spot-check (smallest, canonical,
  largest, code-heaviest, well-rounded): SHIP-with-warnings →
  fixed double-escape regression in regen script (deep unescape since
  prior extraction passed through already-escaped HTML) → SHIP all 46
- Cross-cutting sweep: 0 hits on &, 0 placeholder leak, 0
  unsafe handlers, all 46 have correct scaffold present-once
