[FEATURE] Batching of contract state calls

Instead of making a single call for each contract to get their state, it would be great if clients can make a single batched call with a list of contract ids and the service would provide a response to each one. The format in/out is up to your discretion as long as there's an easy mapping of the results.

Sorry for the late reply. I think it would make more sense in the DRE nodes. Do you want me to re-open the issue there or can you move it?
