Sync with OS setting re-enables after every update #8321

Describe the bug
I disable the "sync with OS" setting in the Appearance menu because I run a custom theme with my own logo & colours. But every time I update warp, the setting is enabled again. This is really annoying. I saw another issue stating that this setting should be on by default. But regardless of what the default value is, any user made setting changes should persist on restart/update etc.
To reproduce
- Open settings
- Go to Appearance menu
- Disable sync with OS
- Wait for/install warp update
- Check
Expected behavior
I expect any setting that I modify to be persistent through updates.
