--filter command issue

Hi team,

Successful to retrieve the data using command
"python export_logs.py apikey assistant_id test.xlsx --logtype ASSISTANT --filetype XLSX --url service_url"

But while applying an additional command line argument "filter" to retrieve data according to request_timestamp.
It's failing
