Install on mac - services are not automatically created on gateway

I followed the instruction to install the manager on Mac. Getting a lot of connection errors, I can connect to the internet fine. When the installation finished, all services are red. I didn't see Conversation service in the list. I went to GateWay and check, the list of Services are empty.

I need to go to bluemix, created all the services, go back to Gateway, manually add them one by one. There should be an extra key and value need to add for Conversion service, can you give me the info? key=self_dialog, value=workspaceID, what else? When I import the start kit json file, the name of the service is Self-Dialog, does they key need to be match with uppercase and hypen?
