Duplicated work?

Hi,

I've just stumbled upon this repo and it looks to me suspiciously close to ipaddress.cr shard.

Is there a reason to create another library with almost the same set of functionalities / API?

This was made when I could not find one. I dont know if there has to be 2 libs. I wish it was in the stdlib but I think people did not want it in there.

Just realized that this issue was here. Yeah apparently we ended up porting the same library 😂 when I was looking for a shard like this initially I didn't find anything.
