Unshade io.dropwizard.metrics5

We should unshade dropwizard metrics and remove references to com.wavefront.internal_reporter_java.io.dropwizard.metrics5 found out in the wild: https://github.com/search?q=com.wavefront.internal_reporter_java&type=code.

Need to figure out how to deal with DeltaCounter and WavefrontHistogram. Also, this change warrants a new major version release since it's technical a breaking change to the public API of wavefront-internal-reporter-java.
