Minor GUI fixes

• The mouse cursor changes to a hand over a plug, but only inside the processor part, not the outside part
• Wheel scroll does zoom in/out when over the background, but up/down when over a processor
• Make dockable widgets docked by default
• Zoom in/out at cursor position
