Add Raycast extension

It would be nice to use Raycast for controlling BetterDisplay. I have a pro licence.

I don't know much about Raycast, but BetterDisplay has extensive CLI support (as well as notification dispatch based integration support) which should allow any external app to built upon much of its functionality.

I have written a basic Raycast extension that uses BetterDisplay's CLI to perform some basic operations (turn displays on/off, change resolutions, toggle PIP, change brightness, and contrast).

It's currently under review: raycast/extensions#17512

Give it a try once it's released and let me know if there are any functions you'd like to see added to it.
